PRIVATE SESSIONS FOR ALL CLASS TYPES ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT.

CLASS AND WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS
Pilates Basic Equipment - This class will use the Pilates Reformer. Classes will focus on teaching 15 basic exercises, proper form, and alignment.

Pilates Basic Mat - For the beginner who is interested in learning the basics of the floor work in Pilates. Ideal for those interested in learning and working out at home. Teaching the basic forms, building basic strength and flexibility.

Pilates Barrel/Mat - This class is for those interested in learning how to use the Pilates Spine Corrector. The class includes work on the spine corrector and mat work using a towel or magic circle for resistance. An amazing full body workout.

Pilates Equipment Combo - This class includes work on Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Mat work. Classes will focus on proper form and alignment and customizing your Pilates Workout.

Pilates Introductory Workshop - This 2 hour workshop is for beginners and is offered on Saturdays. Call to register.

Body Rolling - This class is offered on Saturdays and is a class which educates the body about how and where your muscles hold tension and how to relieve it. Improves flexibility, balance and strengthens core muscles.
