Following their recent appointment as the Exclusive Affiliate for Christie's Great Estates, Kurfiss Real Estate has announced the acquisition of Flo Smerconish Realtor of Doylestown. Many months in the making the purchase of the Smerconish firm is part of what Kurfiss considers a timely and appropriate expansion to the cultural and commercial heart of Bucks County.

Donald D. Pearson, Chairman of the Board and owner of Kurfiss Real Estate, recently remarked, "Over the past seven years, Flo Smerconish has built one of the most respected real estate firms in Doylestown. We admire her business acumen, as well as the personalized level of service she and her sales staff have established. "According to Pearson, it was a mutually agreeable negotiation. All of the 15 Smerconish agents and brokers have transferred their licenses to Kurfiss Real Estate. Further, Flo Smerconish confirms that as a result of this acquisition, she will become more active than ever in real estate sales and marketing.
