John Little has been a licensed Realtor since
1992. In 1997, he chose to specialize in the sale of historic and vintage properties. Since
that time, he has devoted his energy to the sale of older homes, a rewarding specialty
in an area rich in historic neighborhoods.
Vintage homes are found throughout his area, which
includes Montgomery County and the Chestnut Hill and Mount Airy sections of Philadelphia. Homes
built during the colonial, federal, victorian, and early post-victorian eras are frequently
available, and John stays familiar with them.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from LaSalle
University, and attended the Schlicher Kratz Institute of Real Estate for his real estate
education. Over the years he has continued to learn through courses appropriate to his specialty.
Among his achievements is his certification by the National Trust for Historic Preservation through
his participation in their Historic Real Estate Program.
Aside from his involvement in a number of national
and local preservation groups, John has several outside interests. They include golf, reading,
and dogs. He and his wife share a great love of the bullmastiff breed, and plan to someday breed them.
If you hire John to represent you, you will be enlisting
the help of a hard-working Realtor who knows his business and who strives to make your sale as
easy and rewarding for you as possible.
