In 1988, I became a licensed REALTOR in Pennsylvania and within 3 years his sales volume exceeded $8,000,000 in New Home sales. In 1994 Steven joined Prudential Preferred Properties and became a New Homes Manager in Chester and Delaware Counties. With the merger with Fox and Roach in February 1999, I currently manages 15 active communities. The CSP designation is from the National Association of Homes Builders, and the program provides vigorous training for new home site professionals. I also obtained my Real Estate Brokers License in 1997.
