EDI Program for Lenders

We have an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Program that has been well received by many of our lender clients. We will install, at no cost to you, a computer and color printer in your office location. When we finish an appraisal it will be automatically transmitted to your office and printed out. This means you do not have to invest in extra equipment or tie up your existing resources to receive appraisals electronically!

By using technology to give us a competitive advantage it allows us to give our clients better and faster service. In addition to transmitting appraisals electronically to your office we can send follow up requests such as extra comparable data and photographs. This means your loans get processed faster and close sooner!
