Executive Luncheon Services
Ordering Lunch:
The Joseph Ambler Inn offers both served and buffet
style luncheons. Either style of service may be made
available to any meeting group given sufficient notice.
The served luncheon items shown are samples. Served
luncheon choices will change on a weekly basis. If
ordered in advance, the Joseph Ambler Inn may
accommodate any special menu requests.
When possible, luncheon service plans should be established at the time a meeting is booked. A guaranteed count for your luncheon is required with 24 hours advance notice. Once a guaranteed count is received, it may not be reduced, but additional guests may be accommodated.
Served Luncheon:
Includes rolls, fresh garden salad, beverage and dessert.
Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a luncheon
order form offering four to six entree choices.
Selections will be requested and collected by a member
of the inn staff by 9:30 am.
If you are aware that associates will join your group
after 9:30 am, please discuss alternative provisions
with our meeting coordinator.
Grilled petite filet of beef with sautéed mushroom caps and a merlot sauce. Served with chefs' potatoes and vegetables.
Pasta Primavera with sautéed seasonal vegetables and fresh cheese tortellini with Romano cheese.
Baked salmon with a lemon champagne cream. Served with rice and vegetables.
Two miniature filet mignon sandwiches served with caramelized onions and ancient mustard. Served with pickles and chips.
Two miniature tuna fish sandwiches on sourdough rolls. Served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and chips. All entrees include salad and rolls, beverage and dessert.
Soup, Salad and Baked Potato Buffet-Homemade soup du jour, tossed garden greens with house salad dressings, and baked potatoes with melted cheddar cheese, broccoli, sour cream with chives, and bacon.
Soup and Chef Salad Buffet-Homemade soup de jour, tossed salad greens to be topped off with an assortment of julienne meats and cheeses, crumbled bacon, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and other seasonal vegetables. Served with a selection of homemade dressings and warm rolls.
Miniature Hoagie Buffet-An assortment of deli meats, cheeses and seasonings on French bread served with homemade potato salad, pickles, olives, mustard and mayonnaise.
Pasta Buffet-Tossed salad greens with a choice of homemade dressings. Penne pasta and tri-color rotini with a choice of alfredo sauce and a tomato meat sauce. Served with oregano, romano cheese, crushed red peppers and warm rolls.
Deli Buffet-Sliced deli meats and cheeses served with fresh rolls and breads. Condiment tray including lettuce, tomatoes and onions, pickles, olives, mustard and mayonnaise. Choice of one of the following salads: pasta, potato, chicken, tuna, or shrimp.
Grilled Chicken Buffet-Grilled boneless breast of chicken in a lemon herb marinade. Served with seasonal vegetables and rice. Iincludes warm rolls and tossed green salad.
Roast Pork Buffet-Sliced roast pork with caramelized onion and mushrooms in a pork and white whine gravy. Served with roasted potatoes, vegetables and warm rolls with a graden salad.
