Full Day (estimate 8 hours):
$39.00 per person includes morning continental breakfast, break with
drinks refreshed and candy jar at mid-morning, luncheon, afternoon
break with beverage and snack, use of the room and equipment.
Half Day with Luncheon:(estimate 4 hours)
$33.00 per person includes ethier AM continental breakfast OR afternoon
break, luncheon, use of the room and equipment.
Half Day without Luncheon:(estimate 4 hours)
One break either morning continental breakfast or afternoon break at $7.95 per person.
Miscellaneous Charges
Room rental is for an 8 or 9 hour time frame. If your meeting
requires lots of display set-up, you may wish to have the room on a
24 hour hold. There is a fee of $300.00 per night to have a 24 hour
hold on a room, so that nothing is booked in your room in the evening,
and your set-up will not have to be redone everyday.
All prices are subject to 18% gratuity and 6% State Tax.
Method of Payment
Meeting charges may be billed to the company and paid on a 30 day net pay basis.
Payment, by credit card or check, will also be accepted at the end of your meeting
if pre-arranged with the meeting coordinator.
Cancellation Policy
Meetings cancelled with at least 7 working
days advance notice are not subject to a
cancellation fee.
Room Access
Your meeting order form will indicate the times during which your room
is reserved. Additional access to the room may be arranged; a room
rental fee will be established.

We discount our overnight accommodations for our corporate guests.

All overnight accommodations have a private bathroom, phone, TV with cable and computer friendly phone lines.
Arrangements can be made with the front desk for overnight stays in conjunction with meetings.
Dinner is served every evening in our fine dining restaurant. Ask your meeting planner about making dinner reservations.
Additional equipment can be arranged and provided at cost.

Telephone Services - A telephone is provided in each meeting room for your convenience. Calls will be charged to your meeting at $0.25 for local & credit card calls or timed charges if billed to your room. In addition, two pay phones are available for your use in the Barn.
Computer Services - Computer access ports are available in all conference rooms.
